Sky High Occupational Therapy offers both private pay and insurance option only through BCBS, with services tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. Additional service fees such as evaluations, goal setting, plan of treatment and travel to school sites may also be applied to support your child’s therapy journey.

Sky High Occupational Therapy Services currently only accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). If you choose to pay privately, we can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance for out-of-network benefits.

We accept:

• Checks

• Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

• Katie Beckett (must be paid on time unless otherwise negotiated)

Sky High Occupational Therapy offers the following payment plans:

• Automatic Credit Card Payments: Monthly

• Online Payment via Client Portal

• Check Payments: No processing fee and a 3% discount
  Payments are due within 15 business days of receiving the invoice.

All clients must keep a credit card on file. If a payment is overdue for 30 days or more, we will charge the card on file or apply a $28 late fee.

We communicate with clients primarily through:

• Email admin@skyhighoccupationaltherapy.com for non-urgent inquiries and invoices

• Phone (call or text): 615-723-2844 for updates to client information (e.g., address, credit card)

• MailChimp: Monthly Planned Cancellation reminders and other updates, please make sure to star these emails so they don’t end up in spam.

We strive to respond to all communications during business hours (Monday - Friday), typically within 48 hours.

To get started, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via text/call (615-723-2844) or email (admin@skyhighoccupationaltherapy.com) to schedule an appointment with our Clinical Director.

2. Once you decide to move forward with services, we will send you the necessary paperwork and contract.

3. Provide relevant medical or developmental reports to help us understand your child’s needs better.

4. Let us know your preferred days and times for scheduling therapy sessions.

Yes! We offer referral incentives for clients who refer others to our services. Please reach out to us for more information.
